Trimix users: can you still have normal erections?

Jason, can you tell us if Defy also prescribes the antidote injection for Trimix if they write a Trimix script for you? Thanks.

Anyone ever tried nattokinase to lower hematocrit?

I tried it, but not consistently. It is blood thinner, so that needs to be thought through and researched. I still have some, so I need to try it again and do it every day. Sounds like you are getting some benefit, albeit a small one.

    Purchase hormones via GoodRX

I am with Defy. Defy will charge you for a prescription outside of Empower, Hallandale, etc. My PCP has written prescriptions for me for same meds to use at local pharmacies. Saved me a bunch on drug costs and shipping.

What are your experiences with PT-141? (as an aphrodisiac)

I tried it 3 times working up from 5 units to 10 units to 15. First time, nothing. Second time I had some spontaneous erections. Third time nausea with vomiting and spontaneous erections. It took several hours for it to kick in. After the vomiting episode, not sure if I want to try it again...

Pregnenolone & DHEA, any of you guys taking them and seeing benefits?

I take both at Defy's recommendation. Evidently, the DHEA is helping to lower my SHBG and raising my Free T. That's what Defy tells me.

    PT 141

Thank you. This can be a bit confusing for an old guy. A nurse told me to mix 10 ml of water but the bottle only holds 4, so I know that couldn't be right. The manufacturer said to mix 1 or ml. If I mixed 2ml, would I draw 10 units?

    PT 141

I have the same questions about reconstituting PT-141. I want to be sure I have it right to avoid any sad consequences. I mix 1ml of bacteriostatic water into 10mg of Pt-141? I want start with 0.5mg initial dose which would be 5 on my insulin syringe? 1 mg would be 10 units? I did search...

How (I think) I was able to control my Hematocrit and High Iron

How long before you eat? Why is an empty stomach important?

How (I think) I was able to control my Hematocrit and High Iron

Thanks for the info. I also struggle with high HCT. I was using IP6 a while back and it was better. Stopped and it got worse. Never connected the two. Can you explain how the Lactoferrin works to decrease HCT?

Switching from 2x to 3x weekly injections

Thanks. This the schedule I was thinking about. Have you noticed any change with your HCT?

Switching from 2x to 3x weekly injections

I had my lab consult with Defy today. My HCT is high, partly due to the fact I live at high altitude. Nurse Jill suggested I try injecting testosterone 3 times a week instead of 2 to see if that would help lower it. She also thought it might keep the E2 down to the point I wouldn't need an AI...

How to Lower Hematocrit Using Grapefruit Seed Extract Naringin

Dehydration is also a big factor. I forget the ratio, but there is a ratio between HCT and your red cell blood count to determine if you are dehydrated. You can google it. Typically, I am a bit dehydrated as I live in the desert. I was taking 1000 mg of Narigin each morning but upped it to...

How to Lower Hematocrit Using Grapefruit Seed Extract Naringin

My HCT is usually in the high 40's to low 50's. I've been taking Naringin (Grapefruit Seed Extract) for awhile. In my consult with Defy, they recommend it. I also recently started Nattokinase. It is a blood thinner and some say that it also lowers HCT. I just had my labs done, so I'll know more...

    Cheapest Way to Order Labs?

Thanks. I almost always use Discounted Labs (Lab Corp here) because I want one standard. My main question was whether or not it's cheaper to order directly through Discounted Labs or through Defy. With the 20% discount, ordering through DL should be cheaper.

    Cheapest Way to Order Labs?

I am a Defy patient and have always ordered my labs through them. Would it be cheaper to continue ordering through them or to go through Discounted Labs (Lab Corp here for me)? My total cost for all the labs Defy wants is about $300. My wife is also a patient, so it adds up. Will Defy let you...

    HCG Limited Supply?

If compounding pharmacies are out, I don't believe we have we have any choice but to go to big pharma along with their big prices.

    HCG Limited Supply?

I just ordered HCG through Defy. I asked about Empower and was told that Defy is not completely confident with their planned substitute at this point.

Need to re-order needles, advice please

I buy insulin syringes at Walgreen's. They make you show ID and sign a log stating what you are using them for. They are 5/16 x 30/31 ga. Barely even feel them.

Sub Q test injection created painful lump - how to alleviate?

I switched to grape seed oil and that helped. Also, Dr. Saya told me to press hard on the injection spot with your thumb for one minute after injecting. Sometimes, I still get them but nowhere close to the large, painful, itchy bumps I got when I first started TRT.

Got a Tadalafil Rx and holy cow

Read the original post and ordered some generic Tadalafil from Sam's Club. I've been getting it from Pharmstore in Canada and it's made by Cipla in India. Went and picked my order from Sam's Club, opened up the bottle and guess what - It's made by Cipla. I don't know if any meds are actually...

My Defy Medical experience so far

Thank you for your informative reply. Would it be possible to order directly through Empower or Hallandale? That would save a lot of hassle and time for Defy and the patients. Also, I have asked several times, lastly with Jason Sypolt, to be included on the Defy Newsletter and still do not...

My Defy Medical experience so far

Maybe letting you order directly through the Pharmacy would be the way to go? I don't call my CNP's office when I need a refill. Would save a lot of time, money and brain damage for Defy and the patient. They may not do that due to a legality regarding telemedicine and controlled substances?

My Defy Medical experience so far

My experience has been that it's a waste to pay for expedited shipping. It's never made a difference for me. There is typically a lag between ordering and receiving. I think it happens at the approval system your order goes through before it's actually sent to the pharmacy. It usually takes 3-5...

    Defy Medical Help

Defy has reached out to me about this. Just got off the phone with Jason and he apologized and said he agreed that tone was unfriendly and that he and others are reviewing and rewriting this particular email and some others. I'm glad because that email did not at all reflect Dr. Saya and his...

    Defy Medical Help

Customer Service has also reached out to me. I don't blame the young lady who sent the email. She was only doing her job sending out a form email that, in my opinion, is poorly written and accusatory.

    Defy Medical Help

UPDATE: I did receive an apology for the email after I responded to it. They are blaming their system and supposedly not having the right phone# which is odd as I've always had the same phone# with Defy and have received text lab notifications in the past.

    Defy Medical Help

I've been a Defy patient for a few years. They are very good and can be expensive, especially for me the every 6 month blood work. Nurse Jill does my consultations. I must say that their customer service is becoming hit and miss. I got a snarky email today because I hadn't had my labs done and...
