I got my sterile vials today. Do these actually work?

Re: increasing dose and extending dosing schedule to 8-9 days, We know that longer injection intervals are a huge problem for many men, which is why a very large proportion of men on this forum dose 2x/week, 3x/week, every other day, or daily. @Abonicex , The longer larger swing tends to...

Shortness of breath on 50mg test E every 3 days

Hematocrit/Hemoglobin? And, please post the lab test reference ranges with your numbers. Referring to you initial post with Total T 88... that means nothing to me, my own labs "normal range" is 250-1100 ng/dl. The reference ranges are obviously different.

Daily Low Dose T cyp/prop results

Yes. I take it for TRT induced shrinkage, and when I don't take it, it is worse. I doubt there is any measurable endogenous production, despite HCG, there's not much left of them. Sexual function remains fine, no libido or ED issues, but I am far past any concern for fertility

Daily Low Dose T cyp/prop results

Started this protocol 8 months ago, ongoing success. No symptoms to complain of related to T or Thyroid. I do get a little water build up based on the HCG E4D cycle, but tolerable, not like water retention I've had in the past on higher dose and just T cyp. Still on the same 56mg/week 4:3...

Recent blood test results. Low iron high progesterone

Of course, sorry my mind was on the anemia track. I don't know if it is warranted yet... hematologist could tell you.

Recent blood test results. Low iron high progesterone

That would be transfusion... No worries at all yet, not until you reach HGB of about 7.0-8.0. Don't ask me how I know, but it is first hand. Don't want to derail the topic. You have enough hemoglobin in total, you are nowhere near needing transfusion, but the anemic aspect is the low MCH (Mean...

Recent blood test results. Low iron high progesterone

You are not clinically there yet, but are a bit anemic. Your body is trying to compensate, but you don;t have enough iron. Because of the low iron and ferritin, your red cells have low hemoglibin concentration (MCH). The count indicates you are making more than enough cells, but they are...

is there a nandrolone fact sheet somewhere? is it true it turns you off for 18 months after taking it?

There's a good introduction in @Nelson Vergel 's book, "Built to survive". He took it for years to recover and prevent muscle wasting from HIV. And there are many threads on this forum. Of course, not all of the info is accurate, but you'll get a good idea by reading critically. Nandrolone...

Not sure what to do next TRT

Random, hopefully applicable thoughts: There are a number of us here that have higher, even really high SHBG and do better on daily. My SHBG was ridiculously highbut I've kept doin well on small total dose and frequent injections. I had symptoms on a 3 day cycle at every 3 days. I did well on...

    Deciphering Labs

Confusing, seems something is off here. Is this the kind of syringe with the same kind of units you are talking about? 0.1 is 1/10ml. With 200mg/ml T cyp, that's 20mg daily, 140mg/week, which should be a solid dose that pushes your total T higher than your lab result. If this is correct, you...

    High Estrogen causing side effects

Yes, advice: 140/week is not "only" (as if implying 140 is not much). If you think it isn't much, perhaps reconsider this notion. If you personally need that much, no problem, you are not alone, but for many it is overkill. If your own levels are high, you might do better with less. Refer to the...

Is testing hematocrit at trough enough?

Indeed. Do you want good (possibly skewed) numbers for test day, or want to know your true baseline HCT level round the clock day in and day out? Or better yet, just stay reasonably hydrated all the time, and you don't have to worry about cheating for the test! Being dehydrated is unhealthy.

Testosterone + HCG in Same Syringe

Insulin syringe. Been doing it for 6 years. Draw T first, it is more difficult to get the exact amount with the thicker oil carrier, can take a little push pull, expelling bubble etc. HCG none of that problem. Draw HCG slowly and don't overshoot, good to go. Do not draw air to inject into HCG vial.

Blood test feedback after 5 weeks on TRT

E2 test... If you are in the US, you can order your own labs. Look at lab tests in the menu bar above.

Blood test feedback after 5 weeks on TRT

Oh, also at 5 weeks, labs and dosage decisions may be slightly premature. You are not completely settled in. 6-8 weeks for stable blood level on new dose, longer for the body to adjust to the new levels. I personally usually wait at least 8 weeks after any dosage change

Blood test feedback after 5 weeks on TRT

Free T is in good physiological range. Some do better higher or lower, it's individual. If you feel good, you're good. But the type of test is important. do you know what lab? I do not recognize this range. For your future reference Free T eqilibrium dialysis from Total T LC/MS/MS is good...

Blood test feedback after 5 weeks on TRT

Incomplete info... Most important is the free T level, what lab method was used and the reference range. 35pg/ml means very different things with different assays. What was the exact Free T test, was it free direct or equilibrium dialysis ultrfiltration? It also matters who did the test...

cheap HCG (23usd/10k IU) - reliableRX - experience

Use bacteriostatic! The diluent with the reliableRX kits is just normal saline, NOT bacteriostatic. The kits are made for large doses for fertility and to be used up quickly, not for extended use at TRT related dosing, like we do.

Less than 50 mg of T per week

250mg every 14 days is equivalent to 125mg/week. Your information is too inconsistent to draw any kind of conclusion except that we have no idea of what your levels actually are on a consistent basis. I use T cyp and prop. Sorry I am not knowledgeable enough about Sustanon to chart a...

Less than 50 mg of T per week

Seems like a disconnect from @Cataceous ' request for more info. You said that you have to take 200mg/week to get above 1000 Total Testosterone: How often do you inject? Is it a single 200mg injection per week? When do you get your labs drawn in relation to when you take your shots? (This is...

Less than 50 mg of T per week

My Free T tests are Free T ultrasensitive/equilibrium dialysis methodology. I suspect your test results are using a different methodology, for example, Labcorp Free direct 's range is 9.3-26.5pg/ml, in which case if this is the test you had, your Free T is about 1.3 times higher than normal...

Less than 50 mg of T per week

I draw ~8mg daily, emphasis on the "~", which with the 4:3 cyp/prop blend is about .056ml . Do I draw exactly .056ml every day? No. It doesn't matter. I don't feel any different day to day as long as the average stays around half way between .05 and .06 on the 0.3ml syringe. I use 3X glasses to...

Less than 50 mg of T per week

There is a wide range of how we as individuals metabolize Testosterone. You can not make assumptions about others based on your own case. I was at 1200 on 84mg/week. I take 56mg/week now, 8mg daily, T cyp/prop blend. Peaks in the 900's trough in the 700's. I feel good on this. Some would not...

cheap HCG (23usd/10k IU) - reliableRX - experience

It always amazes me how many times the same issues are discussed here. 1: Indeed. Use bacteriostatic water, NOT the diluent included with the package, it does not have any bacteriostatic properties. 2: There is no need for larger vials. Mix half the amount of diluent with the HCG at...
