I think I reported out on the other thread. Bottom line is after three times using the .1mg to .2mg 3 nights in a row, the side effects kept increasing and the erection boost decreased. So, I am suspending the experiment for now. Not worth the flushing and feeling crappy.
I was injecting 0.01ML to 0.02ML, or two ticks on the insulin syringe. Based on the concentration of my vial that was roughly 0.1Mg to 0.2Mg. (The standard one-time dose of Vyleesi is 1.75Mg). Best guess...
I am suspending my microdosing experiment for now. The last couple of times I have injected the PT141, I noticed much less in the way of erection improvement and much more in the way of side effects (for me: flushing, pounding pulse, general malaise next day).
Was hoping for better long term...
Thanks for the timely reply! I forget sometimes that guys can have really bad side effects from PDE-5 inhibitors, even after using them for a while.
I think for me it is coming down to the inconsistency. I can have really good erectile function for a few weeks and then it goes in the tank...
For all of you satisfied Trimix users, I have a question for you. When did you finally decide to make the jump? Was it that PDE-5 inhibitors finally weren't working very well anymore? Was it to overcome performance anxiety/stress? Combination? (I realize there are a lot of Trimix users that...
Thanks for posting Madman.. .still playing around with this peptide.
I read through the attachment. I didn't see any indication of dosage in this study?
Well I have done a couple stretches of daily dosing (2-3 days) and had very good results. You can check out my report on the other thread. Good overnight and morning erections. Increased libido. Flushing was my only issue.
Maybe not as strong as you might be looking for but very noticeable
Ribeye
I think you need to source some compounded Bremelanotide and try some very low daily dosing. Similar to the other thread we are following. I have had some mild sides injecting less than 10% of the Vyleesi dose. I can’t imagine taking that large of a dose. Sorry you had such a bad...
I can't be completely sure of course, but nothing else really changed in terms of diet and exercise.
That is why this study result was somewhat surprising to me. Even my doctor subscribes to the theory that a well-managed TRT program can improve your insulin/sugar markers based on several of...
Interesting... it sure helped my A1C. From about 5.8 down to 5.1, without much of a diet change. Fasting glucose went from around 100 down to 85 (on average)
I repeated the three night in a row dosing 0.01 to 0.02ML (Thursday, Friday Saturday). Same positive results: modest effect the first night, very strong erections the next two. Same side effect of flushing. Maybe some additional muscle aches, but that could have been workout related...
Just my opinion: if your libido and erections are good, along with your work outs, stay off it as long as possible. That is coming from a satisfied 8 year+ TRT patient. Trust me, it helped me a bunch, but I was really struggling.
Makes sense. Already on a similar version of the "combo": 5-7mg Cialis and the low dose Brem. I get that a company would want to commercialize a version.
Thanks for posting! Glad to hear another early success story with lower daily dosing. Again, it seems like sleep triggers something positive in the process.
Thanks Cat! I appreciate the decimal conversion/comparison. While I had really nice results for that initial 3–4-night dosing period, it will be interesting to see if this can be repeated on a long-term basis.
Gents, I thought I would update you on my daily dosing PT141 experiment. I finally got around to trying out multiple days recently. For reference, my doctor prescribed me compounded Bremelanotide from APS Pharmacy. The prescription reads: "Inject SubQ 0.01ML to 0.05ML daily for two weeks...
Thanks for posting Nelson! It reinforces the delicate balance between inflow (PSV) and outflow (ESV). I have had mild/moderate essential hypertension for over 10 years and it certainly is one of the main "causes" I have with mild ED. I have it well controlled but the underlying issue in the...
Thought this was an interesting article... (for us older guys at the gym)
