Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

Ah shit, sorry to hear that it doesn't work well. Idk what the protocol would be. Still trying to figure it out. Do you perhaps feel shittier after a certain food or supplement?

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

Hm, still worth trying to see if there is a difference. Huh, it's interesting that anhedonia is better when on short esters. I wonder why that is. But it has been reported before ...

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

I'd like to see your e2 levels before injection. Hm, oral e2 very quickly converts to other forms of estrogen. Did you try crushing the pill and putting it under tongue yet - so sublingually?

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

I see. Hm, interesting. But look - 14 june your e2 is very high. So we can suppose that your aromatase is OK. EDIT: Oh, did you mean that 500mgs test was keeping your e2 at 35 without AI?

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

Yeah, I had to end my relationship because of this, fuck me. The regret is real. So I sympathize. You might want to explain your situation to your gf. Ultimately you're digging yourself a bigger hole under your feet with tren. So I don't think the lack of aromatase is the problem. Coconutz...

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

Sorry, not sure if I understand: what was your TRT dose at this point? Also, what was your aromasin dose when you noticed symptoms? Stop daily cialis or reduce to 2.5mg EOD. It has AI properties. Caber might not be necessary without tren. But it might be necessary with oral e2 pills. I'd reduce...

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

I would try to avoid tren. It binds to both progesterone and glucocorticoid receptors, likely upregulating AR (androgen receptors) via weaker glucocorticoid receptor binding (AR and GR are in tight interaction) and downregulating ER via progesterone activity. Proviron also upregulates 5AR due to...

Can estrogen crash cause desensitization/knock out of the estrogen receptor - lets discuss!

Hey, do you mind sharing in clear detail how this started? So you were doing how much test per week before the crash? And how much aromasin and proviron were you using? Also, have you been using tren at the time when you crashed? What is your protocol right now? And what are your symptoms beside...

    Permanently crashed my e2

Thanks for answering. Do you take any supplements? Also, have you taken any antibiotics or stuff like that before the crash?

    Permanently crashed my e2

You mentioned a lot of symptoms but what about these: - gut issues (bloating, excessive burps/farts, stool appearance etc.)? - dry mouth or eyes? - ED? - joints clicking/squeaking and/or aching? - muscle twitching? - how does the anxiety present itself physically? Also - do the symptoms get...

    Permanently crashed my e2

If it is any consolation, you're not alone. There's about a dozen people on this forum who reported long term AI induced low e2 symptoms. Hopefully we can eventually figure out how to resolve this. As of now, there have been some positive reports on e2 supplementation (oral e2 and injectable...

    Permanently crashed my e2

Hey man, sorry to hear that. I'm in a similar boat. Do you mind sharing in detail as much of the relevant info as possible? Which AI you took, what protocols you've tried, blood/urine test results etc.

6 months into TRT - minimal effects - no libido - thinking of stopping?

Get yourself some iron bisglycinate. It's quite possible that your issues are entirely due to very low ferritin. It needs to be above 100. Cholesterol is an issue as well but ferritin seems to be a bigger problem.

Topical Finasteride bad if DHT is still high?

Do you perhaps make your own topical finasteride? If so - what's the "recipe"?

    Permanent crash of estrogen?

@Nocalves Thank you for your informative reply! Okay, new questions are here (when you'll have extra time to answer, haha): 2. So you didn't notice any difference between injections, pills and creams for progesterone in terms of symptoms? They all decrease E2? I ask that because some people...

6 months into TRT - minimal effects - no libido - thinking of stopping?

Can you upload the latest blood work? If it is possible just add images of all the values. Some people react quite negatively to the slightest raises in prolactin in terms of libido and drive. Hcg increases it. It did mine quite significantly. I wonder where your progesterone levels sit at...

    Permanent crash of estrogen?

@Nocalves Hi, thank you very much for answering. My issues also started with aromasin and are to a noticeable extent still ongoing. I have not yet managed to get injectable E2. Will do soon. I'd like to ask you a few questions - maybe we can figure this out together. 1. Blood work shows DHEA...

6 months into TRT - minimal effects - no libido - thinking of stopping?

Things to consider: - potential history of SSRI use; 5ARi use (finasteride) - progesterone, dhea, pregnenolone supplementation - gut health (bowel movement frequency, stool appearance) - overall metabolic, mitochondrial health, immune system function (notice any infections anywhere on the body?)...

New Member: Adrenals, Anxiety and getting my health back

That's quite a fucked-up story, man. Sorry to hear all that. Your resiliency is inspiring as well. Your health issues are likely too complicated for this forum. I think you'll find useful information on the discord server I've sent to your DMs. It primarily focuses on resolving...

High e2 but low e2 symptoms?

What kind of nandrolone protocol have you tried? Also, have you attempted adding exogenous E2?

    Accutane while on TRT?

Yeah, estrogen (but not dht) influences the production and composition of synovial fluid, its viscosity and quality. This is crucial for proper joint lubrication and overall joint health.

    Accutane while on TRT?

Oil-producing glands, or sebaceous glands, are not found in the joints. Primarily in skin. DHT does possess anti-inflammatory properties and can play a role in maintaining joint integrity but estradiol seems to play much bigger role in keeping the joints healthy.
  25. Z

    Accutane while on TRT?

Joint and libido problems are associated with low e2. I wonder if exogenous e2 would alleviate long term accutane induced symptoms.

    Low libido?!?

    25. My TSH levels are hovering around 3-3.7 for more than a year now. 3 docs, of those 2 endos, told me it's ok since it's within range. But ever since covid I've been dealing with low libido, worse EQ, gut issues etc. so I've been now suspecting that thyroid is at least part of the problem...
