    cypionate dose protocols for woman

I am quite curious to know if these ladies had their libido return in a meaningful way? My wife is post menopausal and has zero libido. She might be wiling to try HRT if there were more success stories. And by success, I don't mean blood work that looks ideal - I mean instances where women got...

Deca for TRT - effects on e2 and hematocrit vs Test?

I am going to see if Defy will let me try Deca along with a lower dose of T-Cyp at my next consult. Testosterone and HCG have never made me feel any different from how I felt having Low-T, (My SHBG ranges from 7 - 11) so perhaps this could at least help with some joint pain and allow me to...

    BPC-157 / TB-500 Dosage for Men

I have some nagging shoulder issues that I would like to heal if I can get some legit TB-500 BCP-157.

    BPC-157 / TB-500 Dosage for Men

I have tried TB-500/BPC-157 in the past and felt nothing so I suspect I may have gotten saline instead of the real deal. Do you mind sharing your source?

At wits end with ED problems

Low SHBG makes everything more difficult on TRT no matter what someone (usually with normal SHBG levels) will tell you. My SHBG ranges between 8 and 14 and I have tried very low T doses, daily T doses, bi-weekly doses, creams, injections you name it and I too have very unpredictable days with no...

TRT and working out. Benefits start at what point if any?

The ability to add muscle is more genetic than most admit. Your results sound exactly like mine as I cannot add any muscle either and overall my recovery from exercise is very poor, exactly like it was when I had "low T." Adding TRT has been no help whatsoever in regard to recovering from...

Success with 1:1 ratio of ***:THC for sleep problems

If I take it 2-3 hours before bed it's all metabolized away by 3:00-4:00am when I tend to wake and not be able to get back to sleep. If I take it right before I brush my teeth and go to bed I can usually sleep until 6:00 or 7:00 or occasionally later on a weekend.

    Low EGFR?

My last two sets of blood work showed low EGFR levels (57 and 58) when there has never been an issue previously. I have no comorbidities. No high BP, no diabetes, no family history of kidney disease, I don't smoke, only drink occasionally and that would be a glass or two of wine, never hard liquor.

Success with 1:1 ratio of ***:THC for sleep problems

Willyt- Thank you for sharing this! I have had the same issues for over a decade. I go to sleep fine, but often wake up far to early with my mind racing due to a cortisol surge (Verified by 4 tube test) and I find that a edible right before bed helps me sleep through the night and not feel...

Interesting findings regarding my low SHBG after adding NDT when reviewing old labs....

Consider yourself lucky if (as a low SHBG guy) NDT raises your SHBG. It normally raises it for guys with normal SHBG, but often not for low SHBG guys. Speaking from experience.

    High Cortisol & Insomnia

I have cortisol spikes that often wake me in the early AM and the best thing I found to help is taking DHEA right before bed. DHEA opposes cortisol. Now some guys have E2 issues with DHEA, but my 2-cents would be to get the sleep issue improved first and fine-tune E2 (if it even is an issue) later.

TRT and working out. Benefits start at what point if any?

Muscle building is more genetic than most folks realize or admit so you may or may not build muscle better on TRT. Some guys respond very well others it's no different. Remember it's a TRT dose as well, not bodybuilding cycle.

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I have done am cortisol a few times and it's normal, but I am interested in the other tests you mentioned if l can find them on discountedlabs.com or somewhere else.

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I am using T3 from a compounding pharmacy via Defy Medical. My thyroid levels look OK on paper - I just don't have any symptom relief. I feel hypothyroid and have the usual symptoms of hypothyroid. TRT is the same for me - My total T, Free T and E2 levels are fine on paper - I just don't have...

Sleep is solid..my dad was a non responder to all the meds he had to take the last few years of his life so it's probably inherited

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I have tried Wellbutrin and Seligine. Neither of them do anything. Tried for months so I know it was not a case of "I needed to wait longer" My case is not unique for guys with super low SHBG.

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I have literally tried everything except Test pellets. Cypionaye, Enanthate, Propionate, twice weekly, three times weekly, daily...it all feels like I am injecting water. Also tried topical by itself and with shots. No difference.

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I do get 7 hours of decent sleep every night. A bit of *** oil before bed helps me sleep better as well. I feel like I have Low T and hypo-thyroid no matter what protocol I am on. Low energy, low libido, sore muscles, usually cold, can't build any muscle or loose any fat, a bit of brain fog.

Low SHBG guys. Will increasing injection frequency make any difference?

The confusion, IMHO, is that correlation is not the same as causation.

Low SHBG guys. Will increasing injection frequency make any difference?

Its a myth that all low or at least most low SHBG guys are obese and diabetic. For a lot of us its genetic. My fasting glucose is in the high 70s to low 80s, I am not obese and supplementing with large doses of T3 and T4 (or in combination) still leaves me with a SHBG that ranges between 7 to...

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I would love to try that as synthetic T3 and T4 in any combo, or just T3 alone, and in small to very large dosages have done absolutely nothing for me over the last couple of years that I have been taking it. Just a waste of money, unfortunately.

I am just doing what Defy is telling me to do at this point, but I will definitely bring that up at my next consult.

I have been doing this for years and I have tried every protocol imaginable except for inject able pellets.

No, it just feels like I am injecting water and swallowing sugar pills.

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

Also, I was taking T4 with my T3. Did nothing so Defy put me back on straight T3

Anybody Else a Thyroid Med Non-Responder?

I am on a daily protocol, but it is of no help for symptoms. It makes my T levels great on paper, though. By that mean that I have all my Low T symptoms..low energy, low libido, inability to recover from exercise, etc.

    Nac vs Tudca for liver

Tudca works great for me to lower liver enzyme values. Mine were never super high but always above normal. NAC never seemed to do much "on paper" anyway, but Tudca brought them right down. I take 500 mg daily now.

I think the only thing have not already tried is Hydrocortisone. I will ask about it at my next consult.
