T turns into Estrodiol and DHT. It's a matter of balance. For E, Anastrozol, for DHT I take Saw Palmetto - good for prostate anyway. For DHT a scrip for it would be Avodart. To balance this takes patience and a few blood tests.

My E was 60. I take 1/4 tablet of a 1MG Anastozole twice a week. Now I am at 20 or slightly higher. How's the DHT doing.
