Yep all WNL with T at 1200 which is on the high end of the “reference range” but my negative symptoms which prompted therapy are gone so going to continue with this. Will need to retest when I add hcg back in and see how that goes.

Thought I’d leave an update- turns out that the HCG was causing these issues. Once I stopped hcg, it took about 2 weeks for burning skin sensations to go away.

Spoke to a pharmacist at the specialty pharmacy that dispensed the rx pregnyl. She believed this is a classic case of hypersensitivity to the hcg. Rare occurring in less than 1% of users- but it would never go away with prolonged exposure and recommend discontinuing use.

Anybody reading this ever get hypersensitivity to HCG shot? It’s been 5 days since last and the symptoms are improving very much.
