I found a TRT protocol that works
I almost wonder if Pellets are better for this with low SHGB. Mine is around 10 and I have had really no success with daily injections the past 3 years.- TheDude

20 mg Test and 20 mg of Nandrolone daily. 500 IU HCG twice weekly 2 clicks of Test cream to scrotum daily Last labs were from August. 1210 Total Test 19.2 Free T 52 DHT Hemoglobin at that time was 18.6 and I donated blood at that time.- TheDude

Phlebotomy frequency to reduce Hemoglobin numbers
Went to donate the other day and my hemoglobin was 20.3. They didn’t let me donate. They recommended I get doctor’s orders to do therapeutic phlebotomies weekly until my numbers were within range then go back to doing bi-monthly or quarterly donations. Anyone else had to do this?- TheDude

Adding some nandrolone to TRT?
I just changed my protocol to include ND as well. I am a 9-12 SHBG guy. My protocol was 30mg Test Cyp daily / 500IU HCG Twice a week. My test stays around 600-700 with FreeT at the high end of range. My E2 is one the 45-60 range. To not have to take Anastrozole, I’m going to 20mg of Test and...- TheDude

Huge bump in E2
It’s the estradiol, sensitive test from LabCorp. I misspoke. I’m on 126mg/week. I was referencing ml, which my injection is 18ml EOD. At 140mg/week, my free test was 29 on a recommended scale of 8.7-25.1. I have very low SHBG at 13.- TheDude

Huge bump in E2
I mean I do feel like crap. I’ve never felt great on TRT going on 2 years since I started. However, the past couple of months have sucked. No energy, no libido, depression, weight gain. But I can’t imagine that the 186 would be accurate. Isn’t that off the charts for men?- TheDude
