Testosterone deficiency isn’t defined by Total T. I was at Total T 438 and Free T was deficient. Total T is a function of SHGB, the higher, the SHBG the higher the Total T. I just got my iron panel back. Before I post them I’m going report. I’ve never felt better. You’re going to cringe at the results. What other symptoms? The majority of members included in a pole/thread I created felt better with higher than normal testosterone, 68% to be exact. If your SHBG is low, there’s nothing you can do about it on TRT. SHBG, regardless of the level shouldn’t be your main focus for your symptoms.- Systemlord

Possible high estrogen symptoms from my injection.
I am four weeks into my Jatenzo restart, I felt really good the first week, like crap on and off the second and third and started feeling better the fourth. Just inject 30 gauge insulin syringes in the shoulders/deltoids. I hit too many nerves going in the thigh. If you can get on oral Jatenzo/Kyzatrex, do it.- Systemlord

Leg strength is linked to longevity. So if higher testosterone dose gives you more strength in your legs…. I have 50% more leg strength with above normal testosterone. You talk about using AI’s, I need no such intervention. I guess it comes down to genetic lottery.- Systemlord
