I apply the cream to both forearms by adding the pumps directly on one arm and rubbing them together until the cream is gone. I would think applying the cream to my balls would definately spike DHT higher than going through the skin on my arms.

Are you a hair loss sufferer? What was your T level before starting the cream? I have to watch both otherwise I'll have to add another thing to combat any accelerated hair loss.
