    I guess if you are looking for a DHT boost , wouldnt it be easier just to get test cream snd use it on the scrotum? This seems to raise DHT 2-4x the reference range for most people who use it. Easier to get T cream vs procuring UGL DHT. Or am I missing something?

    yeah HCG will raise your e2 for sure I naturally have low e2 (high DHT , 2x the range) which does not help lower e2) , but anyways I started 250iu EOD of puretrig felt good for a few weeks then like total sh1t, had a e2 test and it was almost 90pg......go figure.

    When I was not on HCG at all for years and years my preg, prog, DHEA, cortisol were all normal.....pretty much middle of the range. I am not one of those that does believe HCG is needed to "backfill"

    From the report, Eutrig is double dosed, so did you take that into account when mixing.

    From reading, it seems most recommend the free T4 to be on the higher end scale. I can get levothyroxine , just don’t know a good starting dose.

    Yes, I do well with higher E2 40-60pg. with the tablets unfortunately you don't get much estradiol, it is converted by the liver to estriol in a large amounts. Creams or injections are your best bet. Also HCG

    I suffer from low e2 as well , the .25mg cream is fine. I tried cream of the same strength and is took my estradiol from less than 15pg to 24pg, so likely twice a day would have been better.

    To the OP, testosterone can spike your norepinephrine which will cause high bp. Which should normal out after a while.
