No worries. I am probably going to start cycling. It is way cheaper and I do not have to worry about crashing numbers. I will see what Defy says but after hearing the prices for synthetic vs all this headache and waiting, leaning towards synthetic.

Wish I read these reviews before I went with them. They are no better in 2021. Charged but no prescription sent. Had to remind them about blood work. Now I am being ignored via email. Cycling with synthetics is way easier and cheaper.
