I had one friend who did Ehormones and absolutely hated the experience. My TRT provider is Helix, and I love the protocol they've given me (but they're not nationwide). Other guys have suggested Defy and I would agree with them if there's no good local providers.
Royal Medical seems too 'slick' for my tastes, but I give credit to the doctor for being here.
Regarding the referral to Defy: I didn't stay with Defy, but they're honest folks and I would trust them with any of my friends.

I've never met anyone who can get insurance to cover HCG. One of my consulting jobs was to help reorganize insurance reimbursement protocols for a large insurer. HCG was nowhere to be found on their internal list of meds for coverage.
I'll also just quickly add: no matter what hormone doctor you're with, get your adrenals and thyroid checked - pay extra if you have to. I also highly recommend checking progesterone. These hormones are probably going to get unstable over time, and correcting them when they do will help to keep...
