Its just a few more hours longer then test propionate. Its somewhere in the area of 8 to 12 hours:)

I would have to say test phenyprop and test E worked equally well for me:) I also found that they worked even better yet when I kept the dosages at about 10mg or lower. Test prop was good to but it affected my sleep on some nights. And test cyp was okay. I just kind of felt flat on it:(
