    For the first couple weeks had mild heartburn. That has subsided now. Doc said if I wanted to take a little more when playtime was about to happen, it would be fine. If I take another 5mg then my nose will become a little stopped up.

    I was also instructed not to take them at the same time. I take tadalafil in the morning and Tamsulosin after dinner. Have had no issues so far. Usually only get up once at night to pee instead of 3-4.

    I've been taking the combo since June and have seen significant improvement in BPH. My pharmacist suggested I ask the Dr about it and he agreed.

    High PSA

    Mine made a jump like that and the doctor ordered another test and for me not have sex or masturbate for 3 days before the bloodwork. Went from 5.1 to 1.8. I always hold out before blood work now.
