I honestly don't know, at this point, I can't think straight ... my biggest fear is to become and die homeless and alone! I agree I need to eat healthier I have 2 main meals a day, coffee with snack in the morning and a dinner (such as a full size sandwich + tea) ..i have about 2 fruits &/or...
