I use them together. Too much Bimix makes it difficult to achieve orgasm for me. If I lower the dose, I don't get the stiffness I want. So..... I take 50mg of Sildenfil + smaller dose of Bimix. This actually works BETTER for me than just Bimix as it seems each of the meds works differently...

I use Bimix, on top of 5mg Cialis. I'm a rock star. If I don't masturbate, I can go 20 minutes. If I do, I'm deep in for 40 minutes, recover, deep in again. Why didn't I find this stuff 10 years ago!!!

I'm on 10mg of Trintellix a day. Prescribed for the erection killing anxiety I had. It's a WONDER drug. 3 weeks in, it has completely wiped out all signs of anxiety.
