160mg cypionate per week and 80iu hcg per week. I was doing those twice per week and switched to EOD. Also taking .25mg anastrozole EOD.
I met with a nurse at my last consultation about 2 months ago. I didn't have the cortisol or iron panels at that time. So the plan of attack was to go EOD...

25-30 BMI range, probably about 20% body fat. History of psmf dieting in the past, but have gained 10lbs over the past year
Ever have your thyroid checked? What are your body temperatures in the morning and mid afternoon?
TRT and raising DHEA should lower that SHBG. As far as testosterone is concerned, TT is solid for your age but that high SHBG is lowering FT.
By the way, would there really be any use in testing C Reactive Protein at this point or would it be a bit redundant?
Switching to an anti inflammatory diet is something that needs to be done regardless.
1. I talked to the lab and was told that E2 was in fact the LC/MS/MS assay. 1077ng/dl TT and 33pg/mL E2 does not come close to the 14-20 recommended ratio. On .8mg/wk, EOD anastrozole. Think I should cut that in half or quit altogether? I'd need E2 at like 60 though....or cut the T dose...
I stumbled across this article: http://www.defymedical.com/blog/item/23-elevated-estradiol-during-trt-to-treat-or-not-to-treat
It mentions drugs such as phenytoin and carbemazapime. I found a few studies, including these: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1027564...
Yeah I will get another test before this appointment. SHBG and rT3 still are issues regardless of E2 (although it plays some part with SHBG). Any ideas on what else to look at for those, based on the rest of my labs?

Didn't feel any better after several months...
I highly recommend Greg Nuckol's work. Very cutting edge and he gets into the science behind everything which is great for our nerdy community lol. You should be able to find him with a quick Google search.
Hi everyone. I've been learning about hormones for the past year after being diagnosed with low T. I've been reading everything I can for the past year and am currently a patient with Defy. Looking forward to learning more and contributing where I can. Lurker status is finally gone, this is...
I'm with Defy and have been on TRT and HCG for about 2.5 months. I have my follow up with Nurse Jill in about a month, but wanted to get some more opinions on my bloodwork as the low SHBG is very concerning. I also live in one of the few states without LabCorp and will be traveling in a couple...
