It was Labcorp sensitive E2 LC/MS. Total Test was 570 ng/ml at the same time. I'm sure DHEA was contributing to E2, but I did not change the DHEA. Have been on Same DHEA dose (12.5 mg daily) for a few years. Maybe it was not accurate, but I felt like I had the symptoms of high estrogen.

I take a lot of antiinflammatory supplements (tumeric, Vit C, Glucosamine sulfate, hyaluronic acid, MSM), tylenol and Naproxen, but no opiates for spinal arthritis.
My E2 was 41 pg/ml Labcorp sensitive (same range as you) before trying Prog. E2 level after 3 weeks of ~20 mg Prog cream daily was 128 pg/ml. Experienced increased moodiness and softer erections. The only change in my TRT protocol during this period was adding the Prog.

You might want to try lower and less frequent doses of topical progesterone cream. I started with it several months ago at 1 pump (20mg) sscrotal application daily before bed and it seemed to help with calmness, etc. for a couple of weeks, then estrogen levels jumped up and caused problems...
