Yep, I agree. I wouldn't think it was on purpose, but maybe a manufacturing error that wasn't caught.

lol, yes I can call them, but as I mentioned in my post, they can be hard to deal with in the past and I try not bother them unless necessary. Didn't want them to think they were screwing me over as the bottle didn't have any puncture holes that I could see.
