Donating blood for men is actually pretty healthy...in fact researchers now believe it is the main reason why women have longer life expectancy than men do...they release iron from their bodies monthly for decades while men do not...just like iron rusts outside from oxidation, the same rusting...

Well that's good to know Quests interpretation of what is high is pretty much garbage and that I don't have anything to worry about. I feel pretty good, lift 4x a week, pilates/yoga one day, walk 3-4 miles 4-5x a week and mix in some weighted vest hill climbs. I am a high aromatizer...

Honestly I've never really paid attention to when the labs are drawn in relation to when I last injected. I suppose that is something I should pay more attention to in the future. I take 75mg every 5 days which comes out to 112.5 mg/week over a monthly period.

So I have been on TRT for a while, my Total T levels are fine, around 600 but my Free T levels are very high, over 150... SHBG levels are very low, usually between 8-10 and estradiol is normal around 25 as I take Aromasin to keep that in line. Do I need to adjust my dose down to lower my free...
