At the start of therapy i had testoserone prolongatum from pharmacy , i've done shot's 100mg once a week and after 2 weeks my testoserone level rose from 180pg/ml to 350 ( norm was 207-840)

it's 250mg/1ml, i buy on "black market" but im sure that concentration is OK

Everyone is different, what can i do wrong ?

I learned from the doctor that it's impossible to properly investigate free test. It can only be calculated on the basis of total testoserone and shbg. Is the appropriate model. Now im trying 250mg/week and fequent injections. After 2 weeks i will make labs.

I's not a typo :P With that doses my testosterone level is at the upper limit of normal

I also have low shbg in all labs what i done. Now I'm on 500mg/week, 250 in Monday and 250 in Thursday. I will try to inject EOD but i think dose of Testosterone must be large as in the thinner injections.

Nelson, if I am a fast metabolizer of testosterone I must take large amounts T in my therapy ? It's safe for my body ?

Maybe it is worth to stop taking hcg/test, make this labs for him and after hospitalization return to TRT ? Testicles will not die at this time ?

Doctors here dont understand our therapy, they always set aside hcg and test... you think they can make all stymulation tests without interrupting therapy ? I can try to cheat him doing labs without withdrawal hcg/test, but he can realize :\
