Start low -- you never know how your body will respond. Dealing with the sides can be a frustrating process.

From what I understand HCG has a halflife of roughly 24 hours. The EOD schedule gives a day of rest which helps with desensitization and aromatization. Any further than EOD for me, the uplifting effects dropoff.

I notice a difference roughly a day after injection. It usually lasts another day. Been on HCG since the beginning, not sure what it would be like without it. Mainly use it to prevent atrophy just in case.
