    Thanks for this, Tried wellbutrin after the SRRIs as this is often the first choice with this situation. Not a lot of help, so research led me to coaxil; not bad but hard to manage as 3xday, but will look into the other two as well. Small steps:-) Much appreciated

    PS Time to orgasm, was much faster, but partly down to the fact that it was very "fragile", i.e. I could lose it really easily, so I did not hold back and have an understanding partner. It is better now than it was but not like pre- ADs when I could hold off for a long time.
