After a few weeks or so severe depression.
I have been trying a variety of supplements taking one for month or two in order to know what works and what doesn't along with making notes.
It just messed me up mentally.
Wow, our numbers are close.
Currently working with a Dr who claimed no need to be on TRT and working with OTC supplements.
Apparently his OTC supplements don't work as well as the ones I was taking prior to his recommendations. His supplements help a bit but based on bloodwork the numbers...
It is not a one size fits all, each person may be different.
One Dr suggested enclomaphene and that had HUGE negative affects.
Although that drug receives very good results/reviews for others. It was the opposite for me.
Keep notes, and move on to Option B what ever that may be.
Wow, you aren't kidding.
This thread is the first I heard of this site and even though there are most negative reviews wonder if there are still a high percentage of people that are happy with the site and their process. Hmmmm, may still be worth giving them a try?
Reading more about the usage of daily dosages instead of just when needed.
Since you have been using it for 10-12 years would you share any feedback with regards to the long term usage?
Any positive/negative affects to share on daily usage for such a long period of time?
Did you always use 5mg...
Definitely not.
Even surfing the web, I click a link to read an article and right after don't remember the topic.....Its because I have so much other stuff going on in my brain.
But definitely not anxiety. Just a lot of thoughts and ideas going through my head.
Was taking aswagandha for a while and it made things worse. Further research shows that a negative affect of aswagandha is depression. Stopped taking it and the depression cleared away but still have the brain fog.
A better description may be like a kid with ADHD.
My mind just can't focus on the current task. Tends to be wandering about a dozen other things. Usually to be able to focus on the current task but seems a lot harder to do.
What type of Dr did you use and which Thyroid test needs to be obtained?
My T test only shows the single TSH number which is 1.48 (not 5.3 as entered above as I got the numbers mixed up)
