    It is easy to overdo it. There was a thread about supplementing estradiol valerate, but for me, it did over do it. Even though I only was doing 250mcg EOD, it was making me tired and sleepy. I find HCG to be better, perhaps because it just doesn't raise e2 alone.

    I ended up getting some estradiol valerate oil the diluting it. It didn't work for me. Even at 50 mcgs it still spiked the estrogen too much for me. Something else is at play, but not sure what.
