    Hi, My concern with L-Carnitine is that recent data shows that in the gut it transforms to TMAO which has some cardiac toxicity. Look at Cleavlend Clinics lab data and testing and google L-Carnitine. That makes L-Carnitine and iffy supplement. Dr U.
