I hated needles before I started also. Would always come close to passing out when getting blood drawn. My first shot that I gave myself I almost passed out and had to lay down. That phobia went away very quickly and now it's no big deal.
I believe I have read that you have to be careful when injecting into the glutes to not hit your sciatic nerve. I assume that is if you are using a 1" needle. Is this something we need to worry about using a .5" needle?
Just to clarify, when you guys say "E follows T", I take that to mean that as T goes up, so does E. So if I'm pulling a trough reading which would be when T is at it's lowest in my 3.5 day protocol, E should be at it lowest also correct?
