I workout at night then drink a protein shake afterwards do I have to wait 2 hrs after that to take the peptide or will I be ok taking it before that. I stay awake to make sure I don't miss my dose but really just want to go to bed sometimes
How do you know it's damaged? I don't feel flushing when I use it like some people say. I'm on my 3rd week I think I felt something when I 1st started using it
