    200 per week once a week. in the leg or shoulder. I used to split the dose, but didn't notice any difference after a while. So, why jab myself 2x a week.

    As far as time off, I take regular rest days, etc. Sometimes a week if I need it. But now it's like, I feel like I have to force myself.
