I've got a question that I don't ever remember seeing before. If a man is estrogen dominate and converts a lot to e2 can they also convert a lot to Dht or vice versa, or are you usually predominately one way or the other?

No doubt cutting or crushing will work, I was just thinking easier dosing and several tablets won't disolve in water but I was thinking vodka since it will work for some. It's definitely bad when you don't know the extra ingredients in a product, good luck with your search.

Yes that's the basic premise, you just have to figure out what dose you need to stay around those levels. That's why you hear start low and go slow.

A lot of men don't need as much when they split their dosage up during the week to have the same levels.

Thank you Dr Crisler and Nelson, that may explain partly why my shbg is 44 with E2 at 44 also. It's amazing how many different funtions are effected by the simplest things.
