I feel okay, but some times like not getting up.

Can you describe what your joints feel like? is the cracking debilitating?

How do you feel when you get up in the morning? My cortisol is pretty much the same as yours, many would say its low.

So currently your joints do not crack?

Did you ever or still have cracking joints when you crashed your estrogen? I have not seen that you mention joint issues.

If people that have normal blood viscocity have strokes, then maybe there are other factors, not necessarily the viscosity of the blood unless it's extremely high.
