I use a 30 gauge needle (insulin pin) and there's no leaking, though I'm not injecting in my shoulder but directly into the abdomen subcutaneously. I've had it bleed a tiny bit a few times and I just rub it with an ice cube. Seals everything up immediately.

It's $10 cheaper for 36 pills of Caber at ADC. Of course, there's a $25 shipping charge now that their free shipping deal expired. But if you are stocking up on Anastrozole, Caber and ED medication, shipping is less than CA sales tax.

FYI, ADC sells caber. Not hideously expensive, either.

That's how I inject mine -- an insulin pin in the stomach is about as easy as it gets. Just backfill the syringe so you don't dull the needle, or else you'll have to press a bit harder to break the skin.
