I'm early 30's. My mood seems to be crashing now...I haven't taken anymore T. I've been taking the hcg at 120IU ED. What could be causing me to go back down? Also, I'm noticing my penis isn't as 'solid' anymore...estrogen?

I've been diagnosed with low t for the past 2 years. I finally saw someone who'd help. They put me on 100IU daily of HCG. Anyway I was feeling so helpless and down that the day before I spoke with this Dr, I took 150mg of test cyp. Now over the last couple of days I've been feeling much better...
