Nor do I have experience with DECA, but what I have is a pain in the right shoulder and in both elbows joints ... now my question for those who use DECA for X weeks is: does the joint pain improve or disappear only when are you using it? What happens after stop using DECA, does the pain come...

No mistake at all... like I say, I'm using insulin syringe for testosterone only... I'm not using HCG...;)

This is how I figured out my Testosterone doses: first two are 3cc syringes (when I used 3cc - 23ga - 1") and the last one on the right is an insulin syringe (1cc - 29ga - 1/2") which I'm using since last week.

That's depend on dosage strengths of Testosterone Cypionate, if yours is 200mg / ml: means that every 1ml = 200mg of test. cyp. then 1cc=1ml=200mg... so figure out your 70mg in your syringe using this. About HCG, why to worry about ml? surely your trt's protocol is in X iu weekly, which also...

Just to have an idea, after read about this in here I decided to switch from my 3cc syringe with 23-gauge - 1 1/2" needle to Easy Touch 1cc 29-gauge, 1/2"... time of withdraw was obviously more than with the previous syringe but is not the end of the world neither. I spend maybe 40 ~ 60 seconds...

... really listen the Jimbo's advice... try yourself what your Dr. ordered, be patient and wait for 8 ~ 12 weeks and then check your numbers and more important: to evaluate how you feel at that time! Everyone here is different (we already discussed about this in one of my post). Good luck!

One important thing I already learned from here: and is to use numbers only as a guide but most important is how we feel... and as we can see, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT!!! sometime we try to compare each other and forget to wait for our own dial level.

Yes Gman... I usually do 1/2cc (100mg) on monday morning then another 1/2cc (100mg) on thursday afternoon. Lab test was done on monday @ 9:00 am, just before my 1st weekly shot... I'm using test. enanthate in GSO from Empower.
