Yeah crazy! I tried two endos in Hobart, both were terrible and even borderline cruel/malpractice. The doc I see now is much more competent on an international level. Dr Z from Perth WA but. He goes to melb once a month and does phone consults. Still have to use my own initiative a bit though...

E2 is at top of range, but not sure what that means, considering the ranges are often arbitrary (Eg I used to have low t but still "in range") Calculated FTe 931 pmol/L in second pic - is that not free T?

Interesting. I'm early 30s. Could be different in different states maybe? What state are you in? I'm a bit worried about the high e2 and low SHBG. Not sure what to do about the latter.

Dr appointment went well. He's OK with me trialling smaller, frequent doses as long as I don't go over the 125mg within a 5 day period. So this would mean 41.6mg EOD (splitting my 1ml 250mg syringe into 6 doses of .16ml). Thoughts?

Do you inject subq or IM? And which sites do you inject?

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm very aware that Australia is waaaaay further behind the rest of the world when it comes to all this. I'll discuss tHe SHBG/frequent dosing with my doc tomorrow. One more question, if I do change T to EOD, what would be a good HCG schedule?
