Does hCG boost libido by stimulating 5-alpha-reductase?
Thanks for your reply, I hope your new protocol will work for you. Would be nice to have some libido and good mood I can imagine :-). I’m still dialing in and I suspect my dose is too low. At this moment I’m only taking 12mg Test-cyp plus 100iu HCG daily. As we know post Accutane guys are...- Frizzle

I know you both injected T SubQ and IM, did you notice a difference in libido between SubQ and IM? inject T with hCG, IM spikes my libido and mood but gives me some acne.- Frizzle

LH was 4 with 350 ng/dl and 5 with 400ng/dl T. But the one thing, my cortisol is way out of range. I will look into that before hopping on TRT, because I don’t think I have primary hypogonadism.- Frizzle

I see your point, and it’s true that dr. Stevens his ‘gold standard’ approach is HCG with testosterone from the start, preferably without an AI. I do think his approach is common sense for as far as I can judge it. As in mimicking the hormonal pattern with daily injections, to take the least...- Frizzle
