Doing very well by the grace of god. I have fully recovered from all of my crashed estrogen symptoms. I still struggle with my TT being low in the 220-250ng/dl range but as far as recovery from what initially brought me to this forum, I'm in a pre-crashed state and what a ride it has been. My LH...
I'm getting off my HCG monotherapy next week and will be attempting an aggressive gonadotropin restart by using 50mg of Clomid daily split into two 25mg and 10mg of Tamoxifen for 6 weeks. Im also low SHBG and noticed that my HCG lowers it further. Also, my LH & FSH never get above 5 and 2...
How much Arimidex did you take and for how long? You can play the waiting game without taking anymore Arimidex and it should resolve within 3 weeks on its own. If it doesn't, like in my case when I used Aromasin, HCG was the only king to fix everything. It felt like I factory reset my system on it.
Well traditionally, I believe the gold standard is run SERMS is to kick start gonadotropins after the cessation of HCG and/or Testosterone. It's more of a kick start to reduce the time by which my body needs to to produce LH & FSH. I know it the feeling sucks be on the SERMS but it's much better...
High dose HCG will send your estradiol and prolactin through the roof. I'm currently on HCG mono at 300iu EOD taken with an insulin syringe intramuscularly. I take between 100-150mgs of P5P to control prolactin that rises with E2 and Zinc to combat aromatization to an extent. My E2 non-sensitive...
Couldn't really cite anything clinical to back this up, however when I was coached by an IFBB pro, he always recommended to take at night with vitamin E on an empty stomach and intramuscular. I believe it may have to do with the rhythm of LH pulsing peak at night?
I did find literature...
I just mixed my second bottle of Pregnyl and took my 300iu dose, and currently viewing this thread past mid-night unable to fall asleep lol. I tremendously concur with the sense of well being component and general contentment with life.
Yes, my anxiety and anhedonia were very severe. It was so bad when I felt like I no longer had love for my toddler child. I had every text book symptom of low estrogen from depression, insomnia, dehydration, joint pain, dry eyes, hazy vision, muscle tremors, dry scrotum, flaccid and shriveled...
OP, I have had 95% of your described symptoms after crashing my E2. It was the worst mistake of my life and began cherishing estrogen very much. I'm currently on 300iu of HCG to recover from this mess and it has worked wonderfully. My BP was extremely low after crashing my E2 and HCG brought it...
That's a little steep for sure, it runs around $100 usually for 7 points and in and out in about 30-45 mins. Good luck, I know how much of a pain it is to control.
I have 0 scientific citations to provide to you but anecdotally, I consistently do 7 point cupping on my neck and back and once measured ferritin after as part of my normal draws and there wasn't a significant drop as it would with phlebotomy. With the exception of the spot pain that lasts for...
This is a terrific topic and very glad it's covered here. I've been placed on HCG monotherapy after a catastrophe of an Estrogen crash while on SERMs. HCG has been a life changer for me and it's the best I've ever felt in over 10 years. It's been a month so far, however while I've become able to...
