Most studies concerning DHEA don't measure estradiol however the few that do have seen an increase in E2 from the DHEA. So any changes you might notice could be from the DHEA levels being higher or from the E2 being higher.

I have tried PT141 with slight side effects. Just a little queasy feeling but not bad or bothersome. However I only got a small boost in libido using 1-2 mg subq. Don't think it is worth the money for me.
