How do you calculate every 2.5 days? Morning versus night switch? What is your dosage?

Can you use a 1.0ml 29G x 1/2 insulin needle subQ to inject test cypianate? I've read your book and it is suggested to microdose 2x a week. Any articles or videos I would love to review.
