Oh 60mg/week. Yes my low E2 theory makes a lot of sense then. That's a super low dose and men get their E2 from testosterone. You may not be providing your body enough testosterone to make E2 from. @Gman86 is saying the same thing. Let us know what your labs say. BTW, I hope your doctor...- Dicky

Alternatives to Defy’s pharmacies
I have the option of using Hallendale or Empower pharmacies. Can you try another one or is Empower your only option? I would also talk to your provider at Defy. They can sometimes make accommodations for you so that get more product. They did so for me- Dicky

What is your E2 level like? When my E2 gets too low, I notice pain in my knees, fingers and thumb pads. I have to use a lot of testosterone to get my E2 up to 20. Once above 20 those aches go away- Dicky

Veggies doing more harm than good?
That's super interesting to me. My E2 is always sub 20 and I have white coat syndrome as well. Once in a while my home measurement systolic gets to 140. I have never tried tying BP to E2 though. What did you do to get your E2 higher?- Dicky

Neither clomiphene or encomiphene worked for me. I got nasty visual side effects from both and suffered anxiety when I had never had that before I tried those drugs- Dicky

Gluten Intolerance and GF Diets
