You are correct, the article i read was a revised Crisler method. I guess that is pretty old as well. So I should cut the anastrozole in half? When would you take that in relation to the test and HCG? What in particular in my labs would it be helpful if I post?

I have read a few threads but nothing that tied it all together for me. I am on .5ml of Test Cyp per week. Currently i have been taking .2ml on Tuesday and .3ml on Friday. I have also been taking 1mg of Anastrozole on Friday as well. My instructions for the HCG said 200iu every other day...
