Hang in there...how long were you taking the Enclo? My plan is to get re-tested in 60 days or so (June/July), see what my levels are and go from there. I've been taking cistanche since I heard some good things (but I am of course skeptical).

25 EOD for exactly 36 days then went 2x per week for the last 10 or so days. So it was 49 days & 21 doses. Just wasn't for me

I took enclo EOD for 40 days (I'm 53 and despite total T going from 518 to 1147, free T from 8.5 to 24.3 and estradiol from 22 to 46.6) I felt bad & stopped. It's been 25 days and I'm am now feeling better, like I did before I started.

The short of it is...I was running about 25-30 miles a week (at 44 years old) about 4 years ago and my test was low normal at best. Cut my distance to about 6 miles/week & incorporated sprints. Also, switched focus to HIIT and free weights (after a couple rounds of clomid monotherapy which...
