Too expensive at dosage needed for full LH replacement

Has anybody ever tried HCG + HMG only (dropping Testosterone) for fertility or other reasons? Curious to hear your experience both in terms of fertility results, overall feeling compared to being on testosterone.

What was your testosterone level at on T+HCG vs HCG monotherapy? I’m Currently on T+HCG+HMG and will consider HCG + HMG only if needed to improve semen quality—planning to freeze as well.

Of course. I am scheduled for tomorrow afternoon to take my first semen analysis after being on trt+hcg+hmg. If results are not good, I will try hcg monotherapy + hmg.

They carry brand name Pregnyl 10,000iu for $123 without insurance. Very similar To GoodRx price of $117 which they do not accept. BTW, my Walmart told me all HCG is back-ordered until mid-May at the earliest and I did not want to wait 3 weeks.
