Age 41. Severe & sudden ED since since 16-years old likely caused by secondary idiopathic hypogonadism. On HCG & Cypionate for 10+ years. Rarely small amounts of anastrozole to combat elevated estradiol (trying to get away from it.) Trimix user after PDE5 eventually failed. Regular blood donor to manage hematocrit. Testosterone & HCG injections have changed my life.
