Well, after 2 separate visits to the dr. And 2 separate shots of cortisone, ice packs, changing the types of shoulder exercises, and 800mg ibuprofen I finally can begin to lift somewhat medium weight. It's like starting over to regain strength from lifting which I love.

I've been injecting both for almost a year now. Minimum results. I do believe I've lost more weight in my wallet than bodyweight. Increased in muscle due to persistence in the gym; not by injections. My humble opinion.
