I also have very low SHBG. It was 10 I think. I went with Defy after my urologist started me on 400mg every 4 weeks. Defy recommended 22mg of test daily because of the low SHBG and high conversion to E2. I plan on using a 29g 1/2" insulin needle injected sub Q. Good luck to you.
