Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

Is there a recommended way to lower the E2? How about 7-methoxyflavone or DIM. I’ve also considered running cycles of Boron.

I’ve been researching trying to find what a normal testosterone/estrogen ratio is but I haven’t had any luck. most everything I find is in regards to.TRT and most of these guys aren’t worried about their estrogen levels because they have such high testosterone levels. Any idea What a healthy...

Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

What are you guys think about my estrogen level from the research I’ve done it seems that high estrogen mimics most of the symptoms I am having. Mine is above normal, but is it high enough to cause any issues at 65.4 pg/ml?

If I did respond well to it through and my symptoms subsided, wouldn't that be a decent indicator that I need more testosterone?

I'm really considering taking enclomiphene for 4-6 weeks to see if that helps. If the enclomiphene helped with the symptoms, wouldn't that be a good indicator of low-T? Then I could switch over to regular TRT. In my mind at least I'm not shutting myself down, and if it doesn't improve symptoms...

Thats my concern also. I feel like the TRT clinics I've visited either online or in person are just looking to make money and don't have my best interests in mind. They want me to buy their compounded testosterone for a ridiculous price and sell me a bunch of other supplements. On the other...

Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

I meant 40mg 2x per week. So 80mg total per week. I've been thinking about TRT for 2 years now, so by no means do I want to rush into this. Sometimes it just gets more confusing. I've changed up my diet, get about 180 minutes of zone 2 cardio and I've lost about 50 lbs in the past 2 years...

Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

Unfortunately, none of my old blood work has SHBG or free T testing. The other test I had was back in 2018. I had told my GP that I was feeling kind of shitty, no libido, no morning erections. The only hormone she had checked was total T and that came back at 416. Is it not odd that 5 and 10...

Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

This is good info, thank you. Would you consider this target of 20-30 ng/dl "enhanced" for lack of a better term? I made it very clear to the Dr that I was just looking to get rid of my symptoms that seem to be pointing towards low T. I did find the blood work that I had done about 13 years...

No history of hairloss drugs or accutane. My Dr. has arranged for an at home sleep test, so we will see how that turns out.

The Dr said he would like to see my free T in the 20-30 range. He has also ordered an at home sleep test for me to check for the sleep apnea. No mental health issues that I'm aware of.

Considering starting TRT. My blood work is attached.

All, I have some Low-T symptoms most notably brain fog, no drive, ED, and no libido. I believe some of this may be due to me not getting quality sleep. I usually sleep 6-7 hours per night, but even if I get 8 or more hours, I still feel tired. As far as the libido goes though, I can't...
