Starting on TRT Compound Cream and Joining the Forum
From personal experience I would exercise extreme caution with DMSO and topical testosterone preparations. I originally was using a locally compounded product 10mg/gm applying 5 grams daily. I have found with the DMSO I get similar blood levels of T with just 1 gram of the 2% vs the 5 grams I would apply before. Using Enclomiphene to keep GnRH levels
I had an increase in my FSH and LH while taking 12.5mg of clomiphene daily and adding 1gm of topical 2% T. I would like to try enclomiphene because the cc has raised shbg and lowered my free T. I like the lh and fsh increases but not the drop in free T.- bullseye55

Citrulline - Cumulative Effects?
I use 2x750mg capsules every night. Been on it 3 years. Can not say I have seen an additive effects related to duration of therapy. I use it because as use low cost and no side effects.- bullseye55

Do you like HCG?
I use 500u every other day. I can get a T level of 500 from this alone and use topical T to supplement. It was restored a good amount of the testicular size. Would enjoy more ejaculate volume if reducing hcg dosage would help. My sweet spot might be 350u every other dsy.- bullseye55

Just a bit of an update. I have completed 30 days of the clomiphene at the reduced dosage of 12.5mg daily and added the 1gram of 2% topical testosterone. Lipid profile unchanged. Thanks for the input on the enclomiphene sourcing. I am reducing the dosage of the clomiphene to 12.5mg daily for 30 days and then re-test. In addition to reducing the clomiphene I did restart 1 gram/day of a topical 2% testosterone cream. I want to see if these changes still keep some of the LH...- bullseye55
