I also tried testosterone compound cream before 40mg Am and PM and also had anxiety and chest pressure at first, I think it subsided with time and became less evident some anxiety here and there.- Bolex

I ended up visiting my endocrinologist. He suggested the use of HCG 750ui every other day in combination with 20mg tamoxifen daily and to repeat bloods in 6 weeks. Only one shot of 750ui yesterday morning made me feel better and sex and sensitivity down there felt immediately better than before. I was diagnosed as secondary because many years ago before I started TRT I reacted well to clomid and testosterone levels raised all the way up to 800ng/dl two months after starting the treatment. This time 5 month later I am only 307ng/dl.- Bolex

If you feel good on 8 weeks interval without many swings, I would stick to that. I wouldn't mind pinning less often, but I feel stable at the moment, so I don't want to change protocols again. This one seems to work for me.- Bolex
